The 7329-308 attaches to the iSeries or the AS/400. This autoloader provides native media capacity of 400GB of automated data storage.
- An externally attached save and restore device with a maximum tape storage capacity of 400 GB (800 GB with 2:1 compression)
- Data transfer rates of up to 5 MB/second (10 MB/second with 2:1 compression)
- Ability to read and write on previous 25 GB (50 GB assuming 2:1 data compression), and read only on previous 4 GB (8 GB) and 16 GB (32 GB) QIC tape formats
